RETURN POLICY, SHIPPING, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once your order is completed it will be shipped in 1 to 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Exchanges of your item(s) are accepted for a different size.
If an item is defective or damaged you can only exchange it for the same exact item. Please know that every item is inspected carefully before shipping out of the studio.
Exchanges are only accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original conditions, neatly packed and with the garment tag still attached. The returned item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the items.
The item(s) must be unharmed, unwashed, unworn or altered in any way. The exchange will not be accepted if there are any traces of deodorant, makeup, smoke, odors/perfume and/or stains.

State the order number and reason. The customer is then responsible to ship the product back unless the item has a defect.
All custom made and made-to-measure orders are final sale. No exchanges allowed.
